Able to splash the cash for a new sports car?
Posted on May 31, 2014 at 3:33 pm
2014 SRT Viper is a beautiful piece of machinery. Getting you from 0-62 MPH in a low 3 second range and a max speed of 206 mph you couldn’t say no to. But not only does this car have an impressive engine, but the look is devilish! Aggressive yet functional with its gill-shaped side ports, carbon fiber hood and aluminium door panels make this the lightest model yet. The air extractors in the hood not only add to the look of this car but help cool your V-10 engine. If you like to test your car round the corners, this Viper won’t disappoint. With a near-perfect 50/50 weight ratio from front to back, race-tuned performance coil springs, stabilizer bars and more, this car will confidently allow you to lean into those curves.
For those really wanting to make a point, they have also got 2 special edition models: the TA and the Anodized Carbon Edition. However, even with the standard option, you won’t be disappointed. The interior is proof of this attention to detail, with added luxuriousness and comfort that will entice you in for those long car journeys.

Best cars for new drivers:

New driver? Looking for your first car? Why not try the Citroen C1 which is all-new for 2014?!
Prices start at: £8,245 and with it being in the Lowest insurance group (group 1) you’ll save yourself some money on insurance, which is high enough as it is for new drivers!!
This second-generation model slightly larger and has a more sophisticated predecessor whilst only being around £150 more expensive. You’ll also find this car quite eco-friendly. The manual version will give you 65.7mpg with just 99g of CO2/km whilst getting you from 0-62mph in a reasonable 12.3 seconds.
With a selection of optional accessories, including carbon look door trims, bumper grille chrome surrounds and 4 trim levels will help you “pimp up” this car and enable you to make the car your own.
You can also add front and rear parking sensors to help you with the challenges of modern day parking!!
Not sure? Well the Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo are both very similar to the Citroen C1.

Hyundai All-New 2015 Genesis

If you have the budget to consider both options, and you want more power, I’d go for the 5.0L engine, with 420-Horsepower why settle for the 3.8L with only 311?
With 8-speed automatic transmission with SHIFTRONIC as standard as well an intelligent driving mode, the driving experienced is promised to be a smooth and controlled one.
You’ll feel the luxuriousness of the ultra-premium leather and the genuine wood trim with matt finish, whilst enjoying the comfortable spaciousness of this car – 123 cubic feet of it to be exact! That amount of space needs a serious Audio system. Hyundai haven’t fallen short with the Lexicon Audio system with Discrete Logic 7 Surround Sound Processing! The 17-high efficiency speaker system provides pristine audio.
With over 15 different safety features mentioned as standard to include Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Lane Keep Assist and Blind Spot Detection (BSD) you’ll be able to sit back and enjoy the drive.
With limited numbers coming to the UK later this year, visit the Hyundai’s website to keep updated.
